All jewelry is handcrafted and images are for reference. Because our pieces use natural gemstones and diamonds, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are normal and part of each piece’s uniqueness. Prices and availability are shared through
the enquiry process and may change without notice.

Orders and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an order. Orders are confirmed once details, pricing, and payment are agreed upon in writing with our team.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you and may be non-refundable. Details will be confirmed before production begins.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Custom pieces may not be eligible for return.
